Traditional alpine chalet since 1606: a cozy retreat in a historic atmosphere

Discover the charming alpine chalet “Kramerl” dating back to 1606, which will serve as your vacation home in 2020 after extensive refurbishment. Over the past 400 years, the former farm building has had many uses. But after the renovation it shines in its original form and offers you a place of regeneration in historical flair.

During the restoration, special care was taken to leave the building in its original form. Meter-thick stone walls were uncovered and restored by hand, while the visible wooden structure is part of the load-bearing structure and was made hundreds of years ago exclusively with an axe. In the process, necessary renovations were incorporated discreetly but with skillful craftsmanship.

Large panoramic windows let the daylight into the alpine chalet and offer a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. Especially inviting is the cozy Zirbenstube, which invites you to linger and enjoy the unique atmosphere.

DESCRIPTION

Spacious alpine chalet: 200 m² living space for up to 12 people to relax and enjoy

On the first floor of the chalet there are a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of the rooms are family rooms, each offering a double bed and two folding beds that can be folded out of the wall if needed. The other two rooms each have a double bed. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a flat screen TV and access to the terrace and garden.

There is also an exclusive Swiss stone pine sauna on the first floor.

On the upper floor is the entrance and living area. In the entrance area is integrated a real rarity – the Zirbenstube. The spacious living area of 45m² has a cozy corner bench that can seat 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with cooking island, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator and enough dishes or cooking utensils. In addition, a separate toilet is installed on the upper floor.

In the former “chicken coop” in the entrance area of the house is a lockable ski and bike room, which is only accessible to guests of the Kramerl Alpenchalet.

Outside the house there is an inviting terrace with dining tables and benches from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and countryside.

There are plenty of parking spaces right next to the house.
