The historic farmhouse “Schmiedhäusl” dates back to 1606 and offers 216 m² of living space on three floors. The alpine chalet, which is over 400 years old, was carefully restored during the renovation to preserve its original form. Admire the centuries-old craftsmanship and wood preserved in many places in the house, or relax in the spacious garden. The house is located in a quiet location in the Europasportregion Zell am See – Kaprun.

On the first floor of the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, enough dishes and cooking utensils, as well as a farmhouse parlor, a bathroom, a pantry and a ski and bike room with ski boot dryer. The farmhouse parlor is the ideal place for living and dining and can seat 12 people at 2 separate tables.

On the upper floors there are 6 all-wood bedrooms, each with 20 m² of usable space, which provide a high level of sleeping comfort. There is also another bathroom upstairs.

Outside, a spacious garden with 500m² of usable space and a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape awaits you.

The parking spaces are right next to the house.
